Mid-day Ritual.

Take time in the afternoon to recharge, relax and reflect.

Make a mug of Energy Tonic with some honey and warm nut milk, and find a place outdoors or in a quiet empty office to escape into. Rub your rollerball on your temples, neck pulse point, and generously on your palms. Rub your hands together until they are warm, then cup your hands over your nose and breathe in deeply, eyes closed, for a count of 10. Sip your Energy Tonic slowly as you reflect on your day so far: What stress or negative emotions do you want to release? Silently repeat to yourself,

“I release my feelings of ________. I cannot control the situation but I can control how I react.”

Continue breathing deeply and sipping on your Energy Tonic.
